During initialization, the data logger subsystem attempts to read all NVS parameters and register callbacks for interrupts. This will initialize the entire data logger subsystem and verify all required resources. If any error occurs, the data logger subsystem is disabled and this error is returned for some monitor commands.

| Note that immediately after initialization, the actual error that caused the initialization failure ( as well as this error ) will be displayed on the diagnostic port.

- Problems with the registration of NVS parameters. This would tend to indicate a problem with the registry ( such as a corrupt registry ).
- Firmware error that will occur during firmware development and testing.
