[03505] The edge detect state is invalid ( on / off plate )

Service Information TFX heads use the same interface as Thermal 2 heads. This error was implemented in TFX to comply with the standards of the Thermal 2 interface.

The "Normal" edge detect control mode requires that the edge detect start off-plate and the "Invert" edge detect control mode requires that the edge detect start on-plate. Before initiating the edge detect, the host will reset the edge detect state. This error indicates that the edge detect state is invalid for the edge detect control mode.

Causes
  • Firmware error that will occur during firmware development and testing.
