[03510] The series / system parameter length is invalid

Service Information System parameters are the parameters in the exposure head that the host can read and / or write. Series parameters are the parameters in the exposure head that the host can update before plotting ( typically to generate a series plot for diagnostic purposes ).

When the host accesses a system parameter or series parameter, the host must be prepared to access the correct number of bytes. This error code indicates that the host has specified an incorrect size for the system parameter or series parameter.

Causes
  • Firmware error that will occur during firmware development and testing.
