Service Information The utilities subsystem provides routines to download words in hexadecimal format through the diagnostic port. Valid hexadecimal digits include '0' through '9', 'A' through 'F' and 'a' through 'f'. This error indicates that an invalid character has been received on the diagnostic port.

Operator Action Retry download through the diagnostic port.

Causes
  • Data corruption performing download through the diagnostic port.
  • Script error that will occur during firmware development and testing.
