During initialization, the verbose subsystem attempts to read the NVS parameters. This will initialize the entire verbose subsystem and verify all required resources. If any error occurs, the verbose subsystem is disabled and this error is returned for all monitor commands.

| Note that immediately after initialization, the actual error that caused the initialization failure ( as well as this error ) will be displayed on the diagnostic port.

- Problems with the registration of NVS parameters. This would tend to indicate a problem with the registry ( such as a corrupt registry ).
- Firmware error that will occur during firmware development and testing.
