Graphs | Data | Data Interpretation

This script is used to determine the best offset setting for a particular media. Before running this script, you must manually choose:

• the media type
• the main scan image size
• the main scan shift

Often, you will have to run a series with a coarse increment, followed by another series with a finer increment. This script uses a plot 12 (solid).

When you run the script, you will be asked to provide:

• the initial carriage position (default 500mm)
• the initial offset (default -120)
• the final offset (default +120)
• the offset increment (default 20).

Once these entries have been made, the script will plot the appropriate number of swaths.
