Checking the Processing Line

Before you begin checking and adjusting the image quality of the thermal heads, you should also check the processing line setup to ensure that the:

• Processor transport and pre-heat oven conveyor speed is correct for the media
• Developer temperature is correct for the media
• Pre-heat oven temperature is correct for the media
• Processor is using fresh chemistry
