Perform an initialization of the fast shutter. The fast shutter is initialized by slowly opening the fast shutter and then slowly closing the fast shutter. As a result, the shutter will be left in a known state without causing any "bouncing" of the fast shutter.

| Note that initialization of the exposure head will automatically perform an initialization of the fast shutter.
