Performs the following test on the specified memory buffer:
| Walks a one through all data bits on the memory interface. The one is walked through the de-multiplexed data bus, so each physical data signals is exercised twice.
| Walks a one through the address bits on the memory interface. The one is walked through the full logical address of the memory interface before the address is converted into banks, row address, and column address.
- Write address to all memory locations:
| This test writes each double word with its own address. After filling the memory, the test then reads back and checks the contents. The test is then repeated writing the bitwise inverse of the address to each double word.

| This is intended as a production and development tool and should not be used during normal operation.
