Thermal3 Command: rtos semaphore


Description	Display semaphore information as follows:
	<Index> <Semaphore> <Count>
	The semaphore name identifies the semaphore.
	The sempahore count indicates the current value of the semaphore.
	This is intended as a development tool and should not be used during normal operation.
Notes	Thermal 1.0 / 1.7x equivalents:
	The monitor command rtos semaphore does not have an equivalent.
	Thermal 2 equivalents:
	The monitor command rtos semahpore does not have an equivalent.
