Display software interrupt information as follows:
| <Index> <SWI> <Priority> <Counter> <Time>
| The SWI name is a string that defines the software interrupt.
| The interrupt priority defines the priority of the software interrupt. The interrupt priority will range from one ( the lowest priority ) to fourteen ( the highest priority ).
| The interrupt counter is an activation counter for the software interrupt. The interrupt counter is a 32-bit value that will terminate at the maximum value.
| The interrupt time is the maximum time required by the software interrupt. Note that the maximum time may include delays imposed by hardware interrupts or higher priority software interrupts.
