Thermal3 Command: urt loopback [<size>]


Variables	size	Size of the loopback buffer from 1 to 127 ( default of 8 ).
Description	Puts the datalink and monitor ports in loopback mode. The firmware will receive and buffer the specified number of characters before transmitting the buffer of characters. Receiving and transmitting characters in this manner alters the firmware and hardware timing thus fully testing the serial port. Loopback mode can only be cancelled by a power-cycle.
	This is intended as a development tool and should not be used during normal operation.
Notes	Thermal 1.0 / 1.7x equivalents:
	The monitor command urt loopback [<size>] does not have an equivalent.
	Thermal 2 equivalents:
	The monitor command urt loopback [<size>] is comparable to urt loopback [<size>].
