Thermal3 Parameter
(requires ENG access)
sys firmwareversion

Description The firmware version is used by the exposure head firmware during initialization to detect firmware upgrades. Upon detection of a firmware upgrade, the exposure head firmware will perform an auto-upgrade of the NVS parameters ( without requiring user intervention ).

Note that to ensure the success of firmware upgrades and downgrades, the implementation of NVS parameters is strictly controlled. Once defined, an NVS parameter can be obsoleted but may not be modified. Typically a firmware upgrade will initialize new NVS parameters based on the old NVS parameters.

This NVS parameter should not be modified by the user. Modification of this NVS parameter may result in the firmware modifying a variety of NVS parameters while performing the required upgrade procedures.
