Symptoms |
When you try to start up a floating-license standalone copy of Preps on a Macintosh computer, the hardware key might be displayed as 00000, and an error message appears. |
||
Cause |
In Preps 5.2, if the Preps software was separated from the floating license server by a router that did not propagate multicasts, Preps was unable to acquire a floating license. |

If no server can be found, a message instructs you to check the network and Kodak workflow system status. |
