If you don't already have the Webex Player application installed on your computer:

1. Go to: http://www.webex.com/support/downloads-player.html and download the appropriate Webex Player.
2. When complete, double-click on the recording file (.WRF). If the recording does not automatically load with Webex Player, you can also open Webex Player, and from the File menu, select "Open" and point to the appropriate recording.
