About GetServerInfo:
-------------------
This script allows the customer to gather diagnostic
information from the server before restarting
Prinergy. Kodak support can then dial in and
	retrieve the information.

The script does the following tasks:
	1) Runs Ipconfig /all
	2) Runs Netstat -n -a
	3) Runs Psnap.exe
	4) Runs Tlist.exe
	5) Stackwalks all Araxi processes
	6) Runs Handle.exe
	7) Copies the Supra coordinator trace files
	8) Runs Snapshot.cmd, which captures all Araxi logs

To install:
----------

1. Create a ServerInfo folder on drive C or D.
2. Extract the files from GetServerInfo.zip to the ServerInfo
   folder.
3. Open a command-line prompt and change directory (CD) to
   the ServerInfo folder.
4. Run INSTALL.BAT to install the shortcut on the server
   desktop.

To run:
------
1. When a problem occurs, install all the PDB files you may
need to troubleshoot it. For example, if a problem occurs
with PTaskD.exe, download the PTaskD.pdb file to the system.
2. Turn on debugging if you need more information to appear
   in the diag log file.
3. Restart the affected daemons, or restart Prinergy.
4. Ask the customer to double-click the GetServerInfo shortcut
on the desktop when the problem occurs again.

Two zip files are generated each time the customer runs
GetServerInfo, and are saved in the ServerInfo\Snapshot_Results
subfolder:
- A file containing the PSnap and stackwalker output for each
Araxi child process and the Araxi logs.
- A file containing the PERF logs.
(If PERF logging is disabled, the zip file won't contain useful
information.)

From Prinergy 4.1 on, PSnap runs every hour and saves the output
log files in the CreoAraxi\System\PSnap folder. The log files
are rolled over every day, and kept for two weeks.
