Prinergy^® Evo 1.x

Symptoms

Prinergy Evo retrieves page layouts from a Veris intermittently. The software may also not function properly when opening a previously configured Veris process template.

Cause

The Prinergy Evo servers may have dual ethernet network interface cards. Prinergy Evo may select the incorrect card to connect to the output device.

Solution

Upgrade to Prinergy Evo 1.2.6.4 or later. The problem was solved by setting the Veris software in Prinergy Evo to always use the first enabled network interface card in the system.
