Note: The Operations Palette is available only when you use a Web browser. It is not available when you use Synapse Desktop. The same functions are available in Synapse Desktop, but are dispersed throughout the user interface.
The Operations Palette appears when you open a project or library in a Web browser. It provides you with tools to work with your elements and folders.
