Note that this button is available only when you select an element in a library. It is not available when you select an element in a project. This is because an element is typically placed in a library for long-term storage and reuse; any element in a library will likely be available in the Synapse EyeMedia database for a long time. An element in a project is typically meant for short-term use and may no longer reside in the database by the time a layout that uses the element's FPO image has been uploaded to your printer's production workflow for processing. If Prinergy cannot locate the high-resolution version of the element in the Synapse EyeMedia database, it cannot swap the low-resolution FPO for the high-resolution version.
