Setting Synapse Desktop's behavior when you double-click an element

1. From the Synapse Desktop menu, select Preferences.

2. In the Preferences dialog box, in the Double-click views with list, select the software in which you want to an element to open when you double-click the element.

• Smart Review—opens the element in Smart Review

• Default Viewer Application—automatically downloads the element and opens the element in its native software, if available on the workstation

• Lo-Res Viewer Application—opens a low-resolution version of the element in the Preview tool

3. If you selected Lo-Res Viewer Application, in the Lo-res proof resolution list, select the resolution at which you want the element to open in the Preview tool. (The default is 72 dpi.)

4. Close the dialog box.
