Use this area to specify your search criteria.
To define your first search parameter, in the first list select an attribute:
Element Name—to search for an element whose file name contains specific words, letters, or numbers.
Attribute Value—to search for an element that has an attribute that is set to a specific value.
Job Name—to search for an element based on the name of a particular Prinergy job in which the element is used.
Page Position—to search for an element based on the position of a page in a Prinergy job on which the element is included.
Page Name—to search for an element based on the name of a page in a Prinergy job on which the element is included.
In the second list, select the criteria—contains, is equal to, begins with, or ends with. In the box, type the words, letters, or numbers for which you want to search.
For example, suppose that you want to find a particular element that has a resolution attribute set to 120 dpi. You might create the search parameter Search for elements whose > Attribute Value > is equal to > 120.
If desired, click the add button (+) to add additional search parameters. For example, suppose that you want to find an element and you can't remember its full file name but you think that it starts with “image”. You also think that the element is a photograph shot by the photographer John Smith, and that therefore the element has a photographer attribute set to John Smith. In this case, you might create two search parameters:
Search for elements whose > Element Name > begins with > image AND whose > Attribute Value > is equal to > John Smith.
In this case, only elements that match both parameters are included in the search results.
