Description:

Uploads a file from the terminal device to MPE memory.

Addresses are assumed to be absolute and data is written to the memory map using the microprocessor's standard write cycle (i.e. flash memory cannot be programmed using this option).

This command is normally used to download an NVS file saved using the fsave command.
