Display the thicknesses that are currently used on the machine to match scaling
correction numbers. The "Active" column indicates what is currently being as
a "recognized" thickness. The "NVS" column displays what is configured as
additional or overriding thicknesses. The "Default" column contains the internal
hardcoded value in each row. The "Media <n> SC" column is the scaling correction value
for each thickness entry for media <n>.
In typical machines, the "Default" values are sufficient and the "NVS" values are all
0. Should it be required to add a value that is not a "Default" (or to modify a "Default"),
simply add that thickness value to the appropriate thickness spot (table does not need to be
in ascending numerical order) in CONFIG PT and it will become the active value for that
slot.
