Error Number: 100

Error Message:

MISC: MPE Code checksum is faulty

Applies to:

  • All

Service Information:

The BOOT EPROM monitor detected that the MPE firmware currently stored in the code bank(s) (i.e. Flash memory) is corrupt. The firmware will not be executed when the recorder is reset or powered-up. The code bank(s) must be programmed again.

Operator Action:

Record the error message and call Creo service.

Cause:

  • The firmware in the code bank was somehow corrupted
  • The MPE's Flash parts are faulty
