MISC: LCA module incompatable format

Service Information:

An incompatible LCA file was detected in the firmware directory. This error can only happen in the following two cases:

1. The bundled firmware file is improperly constructed or made assuming a version of firmware that can handle the LCA format. Only two formats are currently defined: normal, and differential compressed.

1. The LCA file was downloaded separately from a bundled file using different code, i.e. the BOOT EPROM was used to store the file with a particular format and the firmware does not recognize the format.

Check with a firmware programmer about the formats used in the file(s) loaded.

Operator Action:

Record error message and contact Creo Service

Cause:

• Incorrectly bundled firmware
• Incompatable BOOT EPROM and firmware
