Service Information:

An attempt to erase a Flash device failed, after the manufacturer's programming algorithm was followed. The Flash part could be defective, or the MPE's Flash voltage generator could be defective.

The programming operation should be attempted again. If the same error is reported, the MPE should be replaced. Remember to backup the NVS and restore it on the new MPE.

Operator Action:

Record error message and contact Creo Service

Cause:

• Flash part defective
• Flash voltage generator on MPE defective
