MISC: No dongle attached

Service Information:

The system periodically verifies that the dongle is attaced to the serial port on the MPE backplane. If it is not found, this error will be reported.

Note that for the system to be fully functional, the dongle is expected to be present. If it is not found, the system will still run, but in a crippled state.

Operator Action:

Call Creo service.

Cause:

• Dongle may have fallen off.
• Dongle may be faulty.
