If the recorder resets spontaneously (i.e. no "reset" command typed at diagnostic monitor), then this error indicates that the recorder likely crashed. Check the debug log for another error message reported at the same time which may indicate the cause of the crash.

Operator Action:

Record error message and contact Creo Service

Cause:

• Firmware crash
