Service Information:

The workstation has sent an image command specifying a resolution mode that is not defined on the recorder. The workstation queries the recorder on startup about the available resolution modes, so this error should not occur. It may indicate a bug with the workstation software.

Operator Action:

The workstation should be configured to only use the resolutions available on the platesetter. Refer to the Platesetter Operator's manual.

Cause:

• Workstation configured to use resolutions not available on recorder.
• Workstation software bug causes it to ignore recorder's information on available resolutions
