Service Information:

The workstation software (PrintConsole) sends a packet with invalid Media Imaging Mode ID (MIMID) during the head media parameter load (HL) command. This may be due to a PrintConsole bug. Obtain the workstation log and contact the PrintConsole Development team.

Operator Action:

Call CreoScitex Response Center.

Cause:

• The U<mimid> parameter in the HL command has mimid<=32.
