Service Information:

The workstation software (PrintConsole) sends a packet which fails the CRC checl during the head media parameter load (HL) command. This may be due to a PrintConsole bug. Obtain the workstation log and contact the PrintConsole Development team.

Operator Action:

Try re-submit the image. If this still fails, call CreoScitex Response Center.

Cause:

• Packet fails CRC check.
