Service Information:

An attempt has been made to open or load a bay when the recorder already has an open or load bay command active.

Unless the diagnostic monitor interface has recently been used to open or load bays, this error indicates that the workstation and recorder are no longer synchronized and should be rebooted.

If the diagnostic monitor is being used to open or load bays, make sure that any open or load command has finished (i.e. all bays are locked) before attempting a new bay command.

Operator Action:

Re-boot the workstation and recorder. If this error occurs more than once, report the details to Creo service.

Cause:

• Recorder and workstation are no longer synchronized.
• Diagnostic monitor open or load bay command active when another bay command issued.
