Service Information:

Firmware error. Try reloading the firmware, If error persists, capture a log file with verbose drum set to 5 and submit to the firmware owner.

Operator Action:

Reset the machine. If problem persists or recurrs again later, inform CreoScitex response center.

Cause:

• An invalid state of one of the many state machines has been reached.
