Also note diagnostic messages on diagnostic monitor. If problem persists, set verbose drum 5 and capture log file.

Operator Action:

Resume if possible. Reset machine. Cycle power on recorder and reboot workstation.

Cause:

• MPE LCA corrupted. Status_encoder_ok failed and set drum_initialized to false. Drum init failed.
