Clean encoder disc

Cause:

• During drum init, if the position counter (in the MPE LCA) rolls over to zero before the count gets to near the max count then this error is reported. This does not check every single tick but for 0 to 98%. (Max count (i.e. one revolution) for Creo encoder is 36000 and for Heidenhain it is 20000 )
