Service Information:

The MPE is detecting that the DPE is not plugged in. The board may be missing or improperly seated in the card cage. The MPE may also need reseating. If reseating these boards does not help, the SGE or backplane may be faulty.

Operator Action:

Record error message and contact Creo Service

Cause:

• SGE missing or improperly seated in the card cage.
• MPE improperly seated in the card cage.
• SGE or backplane faulty
