Error Number: 10022

Error Message:

HARDWARE: MPE LCA's not configured at startup

Applies to:

  • All

Service Information:

The Xilinx LCA's on the MPE were not loaded on startup. They are normally loaded using a file stored in the code bank. To determine if this file is corrupted or missing, use the "fw dir" command. Look for the entry labelled "MPE LCA". If it's there, look under the "Chksum" column for either "PASS" or "FAIL". If it says FAIL, or if the MPE entry is not there, the code bank must be programmed again. If the MPE entry PASS'es, the MPE LCA's may be faulty.

Operator Action:

Record error message and contact Creo Service

Cause:

  • Firmware has been corrupted.
  • Incorrect or incomplete firmware installed.
  • Faulty MPE LCA's
