Error Number: 10024

Error Message:

HARDWARE: Card cage over temp

Applies to:

  • Green

Service Information:

The SGE's temperature sensor has been triggered, presumably by a dangerously high card cage temperature. As a safety precaution, a number of the recorder's power supplies have been disabled. The card cage fans may be faulty or their airflow is restricted

Check the temperature of the card cage. If it seems abnormally high, the card cage fans may be faulty or their airflow is restricted. If the card cage temperature seems normal, check that the SGE is seated properly in the card cage.

Operator Action:

Turn the platesetter off. Record error message and contact Creo Service

Cause:

  • Card cage fan(s) faulty
  • Card cage airflow restricted
  • SGE not properly seated.
  • SGE temperature sensor faulty
