Service Information:

The firmware cannot detect the cable between the Carriage Motor Drive board and the Carriage Motor.

Operator Action:

Cause:

• The cable really is disconnected, or there is a intermittant connection.
• The wiring could be faulty, check J2 of the Carriage Motor Drive board (CARRIAGE DRIVE).
