Service Information:

The loader firmware in the head was unable to complete the binary download as requested.

Operator Action:

Ensure the host system is not simultaneously performing other tasks that could delay the binary download and restart the binary download. If the problem persists, perform an ASCII download.

Cause:

• The host / MPE paused sending characters for a sufficient period of time to cause the head loader to abort.
• The head loader failed attempting to program the data into flash.
• The calculated checksum did not match the transmitted checksum.
