Service Information:

The analog testpoint feature is normally disabled. If this feature has not been explicitly enabled, this error indicates a firmware bug. Otherwise, the voltage applied to the PPE analog testpoint has exceeded the value set by the "set sat ptpmax" parameter. This parameter is normally set to its maximum value of 4095.

Operator Action:

Record error message and call Creo Service.

Cause:

• Possible firmware bug.
• PPE analog testpoint voltage has exceeded the value set by the "set sat ptpmax" parameter
