Service Information:

The analog testpoint feature is normally disabled. If this feature has not been explicitly enabled, this error indicates a firmware bug. Otherwise, the voltage applied to the PPE analog testpoint is below the value set by the "set sat ptpmin" parameter. This parameter is normally set to its minimum value of 0.

Operator Action:

Record error message and call Creo Service.

Cause:

• Possible firmware bug.
• PPE analog testpoint voltage has exceeded the value set by the "set sat ptpmin" parameter
