Applies to:

• Platesetter_3244
• Trendsetter_400/800_Auto

Service Information:

Cycle power. Replace ALE board if error recurs. If this fails to fix the problem, replace the backplane.

Operator Action:

Power the platesetter off, wait 5 seconds, and power on again. If the problem persists, call Creo service.

Cause:

• The ALE board is detected to be in reset condition and is not operating properly.
