Service Information:

An autloader action is timing out before completion. The solution depends on which specific incidence is causing this error to be generated. Analyze the diagnostic output and see if the operation which is timing out is apparent. If so, attempt to find out why the operation is timing out. If this proves impossible, capture a log file of the error from diagnostic monitor and contact the product's TTE.

Operator Action:

Select Resume if that option is available. If the error persists, try powering the machine off and back on again. If the problem still persists, call Creo service.

Cause:

• This error indicates that an autoloader action (Stepper driver) has timed out.
