Service Information:

Clear all plates and reset plate_loc statuses to 0, Power off, reseat the card cage boards. Reboot everything. Last resort before replacing boards: reload the firmware.

Operator Action:

Reset the machine, and preferably the workstation as well. If it persists contact Creo service

Cause:

• Machine is hooped. During a ale restart, state is neither picking, loading, unloading, or processing.
• An invalid status of the cassette bay door lights was requested by the firmware, (neither "low", "empty" or "full"). Therefore a firmware bug.
