Service Information:

If the terminal is running capture the last events and forward the file to firmware owner at Creo Vancouver. Clear all plates and reset plate_loc statuses to 0, Power off, reseat the card cage boards. Reset platesetter. Last resort before replacing boards: reload the firmware.

Operator Action:

Reset device.

Cause:

• Pick sequence got into invalid state or invalid error recovery state, ie firmware bug.
• Load sequence got into invalid state or invalid error recovery state, ie firmware bug.
• Unload sequence got into invalid state or invalid error recovery state, ie firmware bug.
• Process sequence got into invalid state or invalid error recovery state, ie firmware bug.
