Service Information:

Reports this error if both extended and retracted roller sensors indicate true after a roller is lowered and a time of roller_delay has expired. Only reported if te sensors enabled.

Operator Action:

Check that nothing is obstructing the roller from going all the way down.

Otherwise call Creo service

Cause:

• sensor or wire failure or obstruction preventing the roller backbone from going all the way down.
