Service Information:

If clear is selected the requirement to move the clamps to the parked position can be avoided in some cases but the higher level command usually has to be cleared as well and the plate retrieved through monitor commands.

  • At the start of a Pick, or any time during the pick, if the TECs are not on the backbone and the drum status indicates empty or fly-off, then you have to park the clamps and resume or abort the pick and initialize the ALE.
  • At the start of a load, or any time during the load, if the TECs are not on the backbone, then you have to park the clamps and resume, or clear the getclamp and clear the load and then unload (if there is a good plate on the drum) or getclamp.
  • At the start of a process, or any time during the process, if the TECs are not on the backbone, then you have to park the clamps and resume, or clear the getclamp and clear the process and then getclamp.
