ALE: stepper drivers not initialized

Service Information:

This should never happen once the machine has fully initialised as the flag is never reset. Only reasonable cause is a faulty MPE or ALE or backplane a firmware bug.

Operator Action:

Reset the machine.

Cause:

• During picker initialisation, if either PY or PZ steppper controller failed to initialise.
• During normal operation the status of the ale is checked regularly, if the "initialised" flag is found to be reset then this error is generated.
