Service Information:

If this occured during normal operation, capture a log file of this occurring with verbose all set to 1 and verbose alcmd set to 3, submit to response center for analysis. Record firmware version and nvs dump.

Operator Action:

Resume if possible, else reset the machine. If it recurrs inform Creo response center.

Cause:

• Command was given to the stepper driver task while the specified stepper was busy.
• Unless this was in response to a monitor command, it is probably a firmware bug.
